Yes. I am always looking for a way to make practices better and trying to inspire others to jump into this process. I have been a GLC for 8 years and I enjoy fostering an environment of trust so that everyone feels valued for their thinking. I lead by example and try to convey to my team, staff, and administrators that I am someone that they can trust to come to with ideas.

Yes I do! My intention as a leader is to maintain a safe and happy team and everyone within it striving to realize our strategic aims. I work hard at leading my team by modeling positivity, enthusiasm, and work ethic in order to move a project forward and bring others along with me. For me, a participative approach is effective as I delegate tasks and support others in taking responsibility.
