How to Answer
Share an area in which you are still developing that doesn't involve a huge aspect of the new role. Answer Example
"My weakness is setting boundaries between my work life and my personal life. I enjoy working, and I give a lot of myself to the things I care about most. Sometimes, I have a hard time turning off my work mode, and this can lead to burnout. I'm working on setting better boundaries, like not checking my email after a certain time and asking others to hold me accountable to be being fully present, both at work and with my family at home."
