If you are unsure of your strengths, take an online strengths or personality quiz before the interview to generate some adjectives to accurately describe your work ethic. Share an asset with the interviewer that sets you apart from the candidate pool. It can't hurt to share a brief anecdote of how that asset has helped your performance in the past. Explain how you are the best fit for the job and how you will add value to the admissions department.

"I believe my best asset is my ability to follow through. I have strong communication skills, and in my experience, the most helpful people I have worked with have remembered my questions and concerns and followed up with me to address them. I am always impressed when people remember me and make it a point to get in touch. I work hard to treat prospective students the same way. It is impactful when someone remembers specifics about your application or gets in touch regarding a concern. I always want my students to feel like they are in capable hands."
