As an Admissions Officer, what do you believe is your best asset?

"I believe my best asset is my ability to follow through. I have strong communication skills, and in my experience, the most helpful people I have worked with have remembered my questions and concerns and followed up with me to address them. I am always impressed when people remember me and make it a point to get in touch. I work hard to treat prospective students the same way. It is impactful when someone remembers specifics about your application or gets in touch regarding a concern. I always want my students to feel like they are in capable hands."
