Follow-up is extremely important in a customer relations role. It is key to keep up-to-date and in regular contact with clients to ensure they are happy and receiving the best possible services and outcomes. When we follow up on our clients on a regular basis, they feel valued and we can rectify potential problems before they become urgent. It is also a great base to receive referrals and testimonials, as word of mouth is always the best advertising for any product.
Marcie's Feedback
Excellent! This is a strong response as it shows that you recognize the importance of following up with customers. The question itself mentions "follow-through" which usually refers to getting the job done and doing what you say so you might want to add in a sentence or two about those concepts as well. You want the interviewer to know that you can be relied on to do what you say you're going to do and that you'll completely finish all projects. Good job!

Follow-through means committing to do what I said I would do. I want to be the person my boss, and my colleagues can rely on.

Stephanie's Feedback
This is a strong start, but you should develop your response a little more. I suggest including a specific example of a time when you followed through at work. What was the situation? How did you show dependability and commitment? Providing a specific example here will make your response much more memorable and impactful.
