"Positive workplace culture looks like a warm, collaborative environment where everyone feels as if they belong. How people feel at work has a big impact on relationships and performance. I feel most comfortable when I know people's names and have positive relationships with colleagues. I enjoy utilizing the strengths of everyone on the team to work cooperatively.
