Question 31 of 35

Describe a situation where you worked with others who did not agree with your ideas. What did you do?

"In my last role as a TA at an elementary school, I recommended a new way of offering parent/teacher conferences. The rest of the team was not completely open to changing the way things had always been, and we had limited time to pull it off. Ultimately, the team rejected the idea, but I didn't take it personally. I don't always have the full picture, so I'm comfortable offering ideas that don't always come to fruition. I'm comfortable rolling with the punches and making the best decisions that benefit the team."
