When was the last time you had to make a tough choice?
When faced with tough choices, the course of action you choose can reveal a great deal about your character. Even though this question can be interpreted loosely, your answer will tell the interviewer about your decision-making processes and priorities. How you answer could reveal how well you would represent Vodafone and how aligned your code of ethics is with theirs.

In order to do this, we need to make high-quality decisions. When faced with tough choices, the ethical decision-making model can help you and your team get to the right answer. Is this legal and ethical? Is this in line with our Code? Is this right for our customers? Would you be proud to tell others about your actions?"
More often than not, when a person recalls situations from their past, they'll revert to the emotional state of their recall. For example, if a person recounts an uncomfortable situation, they might narrow their eyes, fold their arms, and furrow their brow. When delivering your answers, try to convey confidence, self-resolve, and emotional stability. If the example you've thought of doesn't allow for this, think of another.

Of course, there is a fear that they might let you go, replace you too quickly, or bear resentment towards you for leaving. But, when I look at my amicable relationship with my employers, there is ground for trust. So, I decided to act with integrity and give them beyond the typical notice so they could prepare to fill the role. This, in turn, resulted in them giving me this glowing letter of recommendation."
