  • 3. What type of work environment do you dislike working in?

      What You Need to Know

Be sure you have a thorough understanding of the environment offered in this position before your interview. The interviewer wants to determine the range of your flexibility to work in different work environments and conditions. When generating your example, you'll want to ensure there are no parallels to Unilever's working environment. The last thing you want to do is send the signal that they won't be able to meet your needs. Secondly, advertise that despite the poor work environment in your example, you continued to thrive and succeed. That will frame you as versatile and adaptable while possessing a high EQ.
