Thoroughly research the position and go in with clear expectations of what the type of environment offered in this position looks like before the interview. After reflecting on your career, talk about working conditions where you didn't feel like you were growing professionally, an atmosphere that wasn't conducive to your productivity, or poor working conditions that don't resemble the work environment of the position you are competing for. Exemplify that you are pretty flexible in your ability to work in most environments.
