QUESTION 29 OF 35

How do you feel about performance incentives?

When answering questions about incentives or reward systems that tie pay to performance, consider how they've worked for you in the past. If you've had little to no experience regarding performance incentives, then say so. But similar to any question surrounding pay or salary expectations, instead of answering this question directly, inform them of what your current or previous employers offered, and express how you felt it reflected a mutual appreciation for the professional relationship.

"I feel that performance incentives are a great idea. They keep employees motivated to do a great job and ensure they are on top of their KPIs. Most people are very enthused about being rewarded for their successes."

"I do not require performance incentives to do a great job; however, small perks are always nice!"

Anonymous Answer

I am all for them as long as they are realistic and attainable.

Great; to strengthen your response, I suggest providing a specific example. Have you attained realistic performance incentives in the past? If so, what was the situation?
