The interviewer wants to know if you can recognize when change is required and be confident enough to present that to your organization. Talk to the interviewer about a time you were able to suggest a change in the workplace. Exhibit yourself as having a broader scope of the big picture while supporting the vision of your managers and performing your job in such a way it makes your manager's job, and yours, easier. Demonstrate that you think of the team's best interest while supporting your leaders. Think of how the occasions where you were the go-to clutch player and offered your thoughts towards this aim, suggesting change. Describe what you did and how you went about it.

This happens quite frequently. In my last job, they were rolling out a pre-sale system and wanted to pay salary. I presented my case through a PowerPoint presentation and explained to senior leadership that a 100% commission pay structure would work much better and keep the sales force constantly selling with no limits.
