How do you handle a situation where your supervisor does not properly communicate information to you?
You cannot force others to communicate with you in the way you would prefer. However, those with above-average communication skills are adept at identifying when communication needs to be enhanced and can adapt their communication style to that of the lesser skilled communicator. Talk to the interviewer about a supervisor with less developed skills and how you managed to carry the weight in those situations.

I ask questions. Even if I have to implement something before I get the answer, I will follow up so that I completely understand the why.
