Too often, employees with issues surrounding their attendance will use their bus schedule being irregular or their ride-share not showing up as reasons beyond their control for showing up late to work. However, this is perceived as a reflection of their time management skills more than anything. Merely share that you have the means to get to work consistently and on time. You don't have to explain how you get to work, as long as you get to work early and have a strong track record with your attendance.
