"Last week, I noticed my manager had not completed the schedule for the following week. Some staff complained that they didn't have their work schedule yet. Rather than going to my manager with the complaint, I offered to take on some of her workload so she would have the time to complete the schedule. We worked a couple of overtime hours that day and caught her up on everything. It felt good to help but also benefited me."

"Just yesterday, I had a customer make a purchase and noticed that she was struggling with her bags. She had a stroller, a couple of kids, and a lot of bags to carry. I offered to help her out to her car, and she gratefully accepted. It felt excellent to go above the call of duty that day."

At a previous job, I identified an opportunity with my third-party carriers that were hauling our products. They were dropping our freight and driving back with empty trucks. I did some research and found out that if I was able to schedule backhaul opportunities, the third party would receive 20% of the revenue and my company would get 80%. This was a great opportunity to offset my distribution cost. This program generated 1.5MM annually.

Stephanie's Feedback
This is an excellent example, and it really shows how your hard work resulted in additional revenue for the company. I would suggest closing out the response with an additional statement that shows this impact. (For example: "My ability to go the extra mile resulted in increased revenue for the company.")
