What suggestions do you have for our company to improve our recruitment process?

The interviewer wants to learn about your ability to develop solutions and if you are able to think outside of the box. Make sure that you have a minimum of two (2) suggestions that would improve the candidate application experience. You can talk about their application process being too long, or you can address the availability of video answers.

The application process can improve by allowing the candidate to type up a brief statement of who they are and what they are seeking to accomplish in their career growth.

The application was swift and really only took 5 minutes, however I almost lost all hope during my waiting period because I was also receiving interview offers from other companies.
