Tell me about your experience sourcing and closing candidates across a diverse range of profiles and functional areas.

I have X year's recruiting experience within multiple industries to include: customer service, business administration, hospitality, sales and marketing. I have full cycle recruiting techniques that include analyzing hiring needs, recruitment of candidates, creating a short list, screen candidates, extend and negotiate offers, and onboard new hires. I have provided support to all levels of job orders to include entry-level, mid point and leadership roles.

In my previous role, I provided support to hiring manager to identify the right candidates. I used social media, word of mouth, zip recruiter and LinkedIn. In addition, I have reached out to active and passive candidates. My workload has ranged speaking daily from as little as 10 to over 25 job seekers. I am able to cross reference various job duties within an industry to another and adapt new terminology to effectively align skillsets.
