What do you consider your biggest accomplishment as a recruiter?

In my X amount of years of experience, I have attained a skillset that has been tested with multiple job orders and multiple candidates in the pipeline with extremely short deadlines. My ability to handle multiple tasks definitely separates me from everyone else. As an example, I have been able to manage X job orders with a XY day hiring window and screening more than ZZ candidates per day.

I applied for this role, because I wanted to be a part of a team that is making an impact and is not shy to innovative ideas and strategies. As a recruiter with various employers, I have seen the good and the bad of hiring with small to medium and large candidate pools. I have been recognized X times for reaching my placement goals. On various occasions I have provided useful ideas and insight that improved our recruiting process.

Customer service is very important to me and I know that Stripe values the customer experience too. In my previous roles I have been recognized for providing a superb level of service. I have worked very closely with hiring managers that have various levels of expectations and have demanded faster recruiting.
