When I was at XYZ company, I decided that I wanted to be included in all communications from the team, and found out quickly, people don't like to be micromanaged. The culture in our team and the vibe changed from fun to what now attitude. I decided to provide the team trust and asked them to no longer include me in their communications and I see how everyone is acting in a totally different way.
