This is how I make my sandwich: First, I walk in the kitchen, then turn the lights on, then walk to the pantry, open the door look for the "whole wheat" bread, reach in to the bag and get the second and third loaf, then place it on a plate facing up. Then, I go to the refrigerator and pull out my low fat Peanut butter, place in next to the plate, go back to the pantry and take out the jar with grape jelly, set it on the table as well, then take out 2 knives (one for each) then take some peanut butter and spread it on one loaf, then put the knife in the kitchen sink, take my second knife and take grape jelly. and so on...

The interviewer wants to know if you are process oriented. Be yourself, truly answer with how many steps it takes you to make a sandwich!
