Stripe builds financial tools and economic infrastructure for the internet. The interviewer wants to know about a recent project that you found difficult but have managed to see it successful. In the middle of the pandemic, colleagues, family and friends were being laid off from work. I was very fortunate to maintain my employment because of my skillset. However, I found myself with a heavy workload of over 50 job orders and knew it would be too much so I asked for help. The team around me stepped up and provided the support that I needed.
