Every job that I have held, involves making new relationships and maintaining them to acquire an opportunity to provide our services. At XYZ company my manager trusted me to accomplish this so much, that he always sent me as a brand ambassador to meet and greet functions. I am confident to say that one of my professional strengths is communication and building strong relationships.
My ability to think outside the box makes me stand out in every company that I have worked for. Most recently, my colleagues asked me for ideas on how to keep our candidates interested through out the hiring process. We reviewed the communication that was being sent to them via our ATS system and found that it did not include information on company culture, core values and its mission.
