Do you mind working independently or in a team setting?

I enjoy working in a team setting, I want you to know that if you hire me, I am ready to collaborate and work in a team environment. I will put my interests to the side for the overall accomplishment of our team. When I was at XYZ company, my direct manager recognized me for always being willing to adapt to a changing environment in our team.

I enjoy working independently, I find that being alone keeps me on task and thinking proactively without any distractions. I find myself focused and have the ability to complete all assigned tasks. I have a very competitive personality and don't like to stay behind.
