Integrity can mean a lot of things to a lot of different people. What they are hoping to learn about you is how your core values and work ethic inform your decision making. Taking responsibility for your own actions, looking out for the interest of the team, supporting the vision or your leaders, all while protecting the company's assets and interests are good points to touch on. Research your own background and share a related example where you displayed great integrity in a way that is consistent with your nature.

I’m honest to express and raise any concerns. For example, if there’s a sudden change with a new task demanding me to drop everything I’m doing but it has a conflict with a particular task that is critical for meeting an urgent timeline, I would not simply say yes to that new task, and I would immediately raise my concern with delaying the critical task.

It's great that you're so honest. Consider, however, citing an example here instead of a time when you had to make a difficult decision to do something right or good. And make it a specific example with lots of details so it's memorable and meaningful to the interviewer. While your above example shows that you're honest, it's somewhat vague and might give the impression that you're not adaptable. Strive to show instead that you are a person of great character who will go above and beyond for the company, its clients, and your coworkers even in instances when nobody else knows. Good job!
