Leaving a job hoping the grass is greener somewhere else says nothing of your professionalism, work ethic, or drive to further your career. Share what Qantas may offer your career that your previous employer could not.

This has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember. Up until recently, I was reluctant to pursue it due to a lack of experience. I now have almost 3 years of fine dining waitressing and boutique accommodation experience under my belt, which I am incredibly grateful to have been given. A lack of growth and progression in my current position is the motivating factor in seeking out this position.

Great answer here! I suggest rewording slightly to show that you've been actively pursuing this.
It has been a dream of mine to work for Qantas for as long as I can remember! I knew in order to pursue this role I'd need to have experience under my belt. I now have almost 3 years of experience in fine dining serving and boutique accommodation, which I'm incredibly grateful for. The reason I'm pursuing this opportunity now is that my current role does not offer the opportunity for growth or progression, which are important factors to me.
