Personality and character are two very different things. The interviewer is looking for more information on your behavioral traits and attitude rather than your integrity. This example could include buzzwords like extroverted, energetic, optimistic, happy, and confident. Having the right attitude can go a long way here. Share your life view. Just as negativity can be contagious, positivity can contribute to a fun atmosphere.
"I would describe my personality as approachable, light-hearted, and positive. I believe that, if asked, my colleagues and supervisor would say the same about me."
"I am confident, friendly, and a go-getter. Are these personality traits that you are looking for in your next hire?"

I am a naturally very confident individual. It is not often I experience embarrassment or feel shy within myself and about my abilities. Other traits of mine include empathy and perseverance. I believe to all be key in a role such as this.

I would describe myself as a very bubbly person. I'm easy to get along with and would call myself an"approachable" person. I am also very confident in what I do, whether that be serving a customer at work or the minute I step foot out of the house. I am very open and social with the ability to get a job done with a friendly attitude. I believe having a bright and enthusiastic personality is essential. A customer would much rather be served by someone who is cheery then someone miserable.
