This is a good answer, I would consider adding the "why" to your answer, or at least be ready to answer a potential follow-up question from the interviewer.
I welcome the challenge to broaden my knowledge. The safety and emergency training is what I feel I will learn the most from, as this is emphasized much more here than in my current position, and one I look forward to learning more about this

I am excited to take on any training that is required for this role. I pick up on learning new things very quickly. What I might need the most training in would probably be the computer side of it but once shown or taught, I am confident that I will pick up on it.

Try answering more firmly. Using words like 'might' and 'probably' shows uncertainty. Also, statements like 'I pick up on learning new things very quickly' is general and really could be argued since there is no way of measuring that in the moment. I have offered a revision, below.
"I will require the most training with your internal computer systems. Although I have been told by my previous employer that I am tech savvy, I know there will be a learning curve."
