Question 2 of 30

What is the most helpful piece of customer feedback you have received lately?

"A customer recently commented that I spoke too quickly for them to understand what I was saying. When I get into a groove, I talk and move fast, so I appreciated this customer for bringing it to my attention. I started recording myself reciting my sales scripts, practicing 30 minutes per day, focusing on slowing down, and ensuring my cadence was at a more relatable level. I even noticed a slight uptick in my KPIs since I put this into practice."

      2nd Answer Example

"Recently, the most helpful feedback I received came from my professor in one of my business classes. He asked me to dig deeper and tackle topics in my papers that were not in my wheelhouse. He wanted me to stretch myself further. I agreed and wrote my last paper on a topic entirely new to me. This suggestion was great because it forced me out of my comfort zone and challenged my research and writing skills at the same time."
