How do you demonstrate utmost customer care?

Hyatt thrives on being known for its exceptional levels of customer care and attention. The interviewer would like to see how you will actively work to exceed the high standards that will be set for you. Excellent customer care goes beyond doing precisely as your expected, and it's more than having a smile on your face when the hotel guest is looking. Customer care means that you actively seek out the opportunity to deliver more than the standard. Share with the interviewer how you have done this in the past.
