HireVue calls the algorithms which analyze your interview 'assessment models.' "HireVue Assessments take the place of the same kinds of things that a recruiter or hiring manager would be looking for in a candidate for the job you're applying for." It will evaluate your professional appearance, such as how clean and tidy your surroundings are and your clothing is. It will scan tone for your vocal cues, such as stuttering, taking long pauses, or placing emphasis or stress on certain words. The assessment models will scan for nonverbal cues such as your posture, such as protecting your neck, folding your arms, or slouching. It will also monitor your hand movements, head movements, facial expressions, and eye movements.
