Think about personal accomplishments that are relevant to this position. For example, if you successfully juggled a full-time course load in college while working full time and/or raising a family, you can highlight that as an accomplishment that attests to your dedication and time management skills. It is okay to elaborate on an accomplishment listed in your resume as well, such as being named Employee of the Month or earning a scholarship.

"One of my proudest personal accomplishments is having my master's thesis published. I worked really hard on it for over a year, so having it received positively by the journal I submitted it to was an amazing and very rewarding feeling. I'm also proud of myself for completing my degree a semester early.
