Instead, focus on giving insight into your personality and who you are outside of your professional and educational qualifications. Consider discussing hobbies and interests. Limit your answer to just a few minutes--if the interviewer has follow-up questions, they will ask.

"I grew up here in Michigan and am a huge winter sports fan. I love snowboarding and skiing and make time for them whenever I can. I have two dogs, one is huge and the other one could fit in a backpack--they keep me pretty entertained!
