How do you identify "good" vs. "bad" users?

Since you'll be evaluating content, addressing myriad tickets, and making decisions, the interviewer wants to know how experienced you are at determining if a Facebook user is "bad" or "good." They don't necessarily expect you to have the perfect answer to this question; they are simply exploring how much you know about the topic.

If you are familiar with Facebook's guidelines for identifying "bad" users (those who repeatedly violate community standards, for example), let the interviewer know that. If you're not familiar with these guidelines, that's okay! Rather than guess the answer, just let the interviewer know that you're eager to learn Facebook's strategies and guidelines for making this distinction.

"I imagine that "bad" users are those who repeatedly violate Facebook's Community Standards, but I don't have a great deal of knowledge on this topic. If I'm hired, I'd definitely focus on understanding your guidelines for making this distinction."
