How do you prioritize tasks?
The interviewer is asking how you prioritize tasks to ensure you're experienced with juggling many responsibilities. They hope to hear that you have a good system in place for prioritizing.

"At my current job, I typically prioritize my work by deadlines and level of importance. I also think carefully about how long a specific project will take, so I don't end up rushing to finish on time. For example, a few months ago I had 2 projects on my plate that were both due on the same day. One was fairly straightforward, while the other involved a handful of more complicated tasks all coming together at the same time. The straightforward task was definitely more important as it was being submitted directly to the CEO, whereas the other project was going to a department manager. I decided to complete the straightforward task first, focusing on it fully and getting it done a few days early. Then, I was able to devote my attention to the more complicated task and finish it on time."
