What is your greatest strength? How will it help you make a difference at E. &. J. Gallo Winery?

Your interviewer is curious about what your strengths could stand to contribute to their company, their teams, their mission, and their purpose. "Our Mission: Gallo is a family company that will remain the global wine industry leader and continue to win new friends for wine. We will drive sustainable growth across all beverage alcohol occasions with both wine and spirits. Our Purpose: We serve enjoyment in moments that matter."

"I would say one of my greatest strengths is my attitude. You see, I enjoy my work, and doing what I do. I love meeting new people as well, and people respond well to me. So I feel like I am bumping into friends everywhere I go. It drives my spouse a little crazy, always getting into a brief conversation with someone somewhere."

"I have great people skills, and I make a point to be positive to help boost morale when other people on my team are struggling. I'm a good listener, and I work hard to manage conflict with grace and ease whenever an issue arises with a client or a co-worker. All of my skills will help increase productivity by keeping the work environment positive. I am focused on providing the best quality in my work, which rubs off on my co-workers because my work ethic motivates them."

Spend time identifying which of your strengths would complement their culture and teams, and position you as a strong fit aligned with their target talent. Draw from your experiences and how your traits and talents have helped contribute to the success of your teams.
