What is your experience working in a equitable, diverse, and inclusive environment?

"I've worked in environments that were very equitable toward women, but not very diverse culturally. I've also worked for a company that was very diverse, but not very equitable toward women. One of the things that I find appealing about E. & J. Gallo is that they go beyond being equitable and diverse, but cross every divide, from employing those who are physically challenged, celebrating our veterans, and no one is left behind."

Spend time familiarizing yourself with all of their statements and policies surrounding their DEI efforts. "At Gallo, everyone has a seat at the table. We believe that seeking diversity in all its dimensions encourages innovation and creativity, leading to a stronger company with better results. We value the diverse skills, backgrounds, experiences and cultural differences every individual brings to the workplace. We celebrate diversity in backgrounds and perspectives not only because it makes us a better company, but because it makes us better people."
