The work environment at E. &. J. Gallo Winery can be fast-paced at times. How do you handle stress?

"But there's no reason to let stress ever get the best of you. Sure, some stress is part of any demanding job, but just move through it. Don't let the emotion you are experiencing cloud your focus. I just acknowledge it, and move around it."

E. & J. Gallo are looking for candidates who "turn challenges into opportunities and change into growth." They are looking for talent whose vision aligns with their culture and values which "serve as a compass for how we conduct business, living these values every day," and who "are committed to building strong relationships with our distributors, customers, and employees, as well as contributing to the long-term success of the global wine industry."

Community answers are written by other candidates practicing this set. Reading how others frame the same question is one of the fastest ways to sharpen your own.
