Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?

"I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Communications and Marketing from UBC in 2009. Since then, I have been actively making my way to a leadership role in social media marketing within the hotel and hospitality industry. I am an energetic and positive person, and in my spare time, I host a podcast where I interview individuals involved in our local arts scene. I currently have sixty-four-thousand subscribers."

Among the basics of preparing to compete for any job, such as customizing your resume and CV, should also always include customizing your five-year career plan to the company's growth opportunities and creating a brief bio that details what led your unique career journey to their doors. This requires researching yourself in equal measure to researching the company. As they say on E. &. J. Gallo's website, "Every person is unique, just like every vineyard, every grape, and every bottle of wine is unique. We embrace and celebrate the characteristics and experiences of each person." Tell your story and let your personality shine.
