How do you ensure the quality of your work?

"I manage my time very carefully and always plan on my typical work week as being non-typical. So the first thing I do is plan for things not going according to plan. I start by organizing my next weekly schedule every Friday so that I have a quick at-a-glance recap on Monday morning. I make sure all of my meetings are marked on my calendar and set reminders about important deadlines. That way, when changes interrupt my daily flow, I can adapt and stay calm, keep track, and plan ahead. I never miss a deadline, and more often than not, come in way ahead. I am efficient, take pride in the quality of my work, and always go the extra mile."

Reflect on how your work ethic helped you to stay organized despite the most challenging situations. When describing your work ethic, you want to present your status quo as consistently going above and beyond, showcasing yourself as an ambitious and determined career-focused professional.
