What roles have you played in an Agile development environment?

One of the responsibilities of this role is leading the development team and developing technical sprint plans aligned to the project plan. That means you will want to include examples of developing sprint plans in past projects.

"I have been working within Agile development for most of my career. I started as a role player on scrum teams, developing and delivering work throughout each sprint. I then became a Scrum Master, assisting Product Owners and acting as a Liaison between the functional team and the teams of developers. Most recently, I worked as a Product Owner in an ITSM Integration project. In that role, I defined the business needs, consulted and fielded input from the business and development teams, and prioritized the work accordingly. I have experience working in scaled Agile environments for smaller customers, and I also have a SAFe Agile Certification."
