QUESTION 29 OF 32

What is UAT?

UAT is User Acceptance Testing (also called application testing or end-user testing). It is a phase of software development in which the software is tested in the real world by its intended audience.

This company expects their Tech Leads to lead technical testing efforts, including developing testing strategy/plan and managing UAT, including defect tracking and management. You will want to mention any of these experiences you may have.

"UAT is where the end-user tests the solution created and provides feedback to the team. Within an HRSD implementation, this step is vital, as the end users will be HR management handling important policy and procedure issues pertinent to the company's employees."
