How do you prioritize your daily tasks?

This company expects their Tech Leads to be able to prioritize tasks and proactively raise concerns/questions where appropriate for priority or engagement conflict resolution. They are screening in their interviews so examples of leaders who are self-directed and able to manage competing priorities and proactively communicate when conflicts arise.

"I have adopted a Kanban Methodology to prioritize tasks for myself and my team. Every morning, I compile every task that needs to be completed for the day, and I prioritize and delegate each across my team. We track these tasks via Teams Whiteboard, and everyone is responsible for making updates to their assigned tasks. I encourage my team to work on only 1-2 tasks concurrently by Kanban Methodology. We work as a team, and I encourage an open forum to share ideas, raise concerns, and tackle solutions together."
