What experience do you have in Leading ServiceNow Implementations?

Focus on projects of varying sizes and scope. As a provider to small, mid-size, and large customers, this company seeks someone with a diverse portfolio and proven experience delivering implementations in multiple environments.

The interviewer will want examples of deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and experience delivering medium to large-scale ServiceNow implementations in IT/HR/CSM. You'll want to show the interviewer your range of experience and exposure.

"I have led Implementations for ServiceNow CM and HRSD Modules for various companies. I have serviced small and large customer bases within the Financial Services and Retail Industries. My role on these teams was the liaison between functional and technical, requiring me to be proficient in understanding and spearheading all aspects of each."

"Though I have never led an HRSD implementation, I have led an ITSM implementation for a medium-sized customer in the Financial Services Industry. My role on the team was the liaison between the functional and technical teams and ensuring that customer needs were diagnosed and met. I have also been an individual contributor on many implementation teams for ITSM and worked my way up in leadership by gaining a strong understanding of the ServiceNow Platform."
