Have you been in a client-facing role?

This company is looking to show their clients that they serve more than HR organizations - from the CEO to CFO, Risk Manager to Business Unit leader. They rely on their Tech Leads to deliver on customer issues and help create value for our clients.

Focus on all types of client interaction you have utilized. This company expects its Leads to interact with clients regularly through face-to-face meetings, video/teleconferences, and email to understand clients' processes and business problems. They expect their Leads to participate as SMEs in client workshops and presentations for sharing technical perspectives and best practices.

"Most of my roles for the past five years have been client-facing. Because of my functional leadership responsibilities, I have been meeting with Stakeholders, Executive Leadership, and other members of client teams to collaborate on and deliver solutions. Part of my professional philosophy is to be readily available via phone, video, or in-person to answer questions, provide consultation, or communicate deliverables to each customer. I have attended workshops to break down strategies to customer teams and acted as the main point of contact for Integrations, Upgrades, and Maintenance across ServiceNow."
