QUESTION 30 OF 32

What Certifications do you have, and which would you be willing to obtain?

List the Certifications you currently have. In answering which certifications you are willing to obtain, it may be helpful to mention ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (any one or more areas, e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.), Certified Scrum Master, or Certified Agile Product Owner. An ITIL or DevOps certification would also be highly valuable in this space.

At this point in the interview, it is ok to ask if the company provides reimbursements for any new certifications that they wish for you to obtain.

"I am currently certified as a ServiceNow CIS is ITSM and CSM. I also have my Certified Scrum Master Certification. I would be willing to pursue any certification the company may require for this role."

"Does your company offer reimbursement for any certifications you'd like me to obtain upon employment? If so, how do the reimbursement process and timeline work?"
