How are Published reports accessed?
Published reports are viewable by accessing a URL. When anyone navigates to the URL, the report is generated with current data from the instance. Reports are available until they are unpublished.
With HRSD, there might be a need for non-users to view report data. Since Published reports allow non-users to access this data, this can be an important reporting tool.
