QUESTION 35 OF 40

What would you consider your most significant professional accomplishment to date?

"Every year, I look at my five-year career plan and revise it. Each time I look back, I consider my steps toward those goals to be my greatest professional accomplishment. In all honesty, being here in this interview is my greatest professional accomplishment. Getting here was possible because of all the micro accomplishments that drove me toward this macro destination. My most recent big goals were two significant milestones - improving my delegation and communication skills. That opened the doors to so many other things and resulted in overcoming other micro goals, which just went down like dominos."

Do you consider success crossing daily items off your list or incremental successes towards big-picture goals? This question aims to evaluate what "putting your all in" means to you. How you answer will help them assess your work ethic, motivators, and career goals while gaining insights into your personality, enabling them to compare you to the other applicants in the interview pool. Even if your example is on your resume, feel free to use it and explain why your accomplishment stands out. Detail everything that went into it and how it aligns with the career milestones you're working towards. They want individuals who are enthusiastically engaged and driven to make a lasting impact.
