How would your most recent manager describe you?

Many who've had this question posed to them wonder if the company has already conversed with their previous employer. Therefore, this question can often test how well you cope with stress in real time. If this question makes a candidate nervous, the interviewer may wonder how truthful their presentation has been. When you answer this question, don't guess or come across as unprepared. That will undermine your confidence. If you lack confidence in your experience, why should they believe that you're the right candidate for them? Draw upon your last performance review or any memorable feedback you received. Advertise your merits and try to remain consistent in your answers and how you present and perceive yourself. Solidify your answer by referring to the robust employment references you can provide.
