"I'd say that my greatest strength and my greatest weakness are my sense of transparency. Integrity is my number one core value, and I want my teams to respect me, so I am honest and transparent with them. However, I have over-shared and overburdened my teams at times. My filter, despite my intentions, has proven to be a weakness in the past. But I am aware of this and worked hard to avoid this mistake. Now, because of my willingness to share, my teams can tell when I'm holding back, and these non-verbal communication cues have confused them. This is the struggle."
