What decisions did you routinely make in your last position?

"In my previous position, I was often required to make decisions on staff scheduling, hiring, and terminating. That role prepared me quite well for a position like this one. I have well-honed decision-making skills, and my intuition regarding hiring has been elevated."

"I was responsible for planning the content calendar: emails, blog post topics, timing, and social media posts, in addition to executing the plans. That means everything from creating web copy to choosing images. Also, I collaborate with management to decide what promotions and sales we will run and when."
