      2nd Answer Example

"This is super cliche, but it's also true. I am not good at delegating to others. When I become submerged in a project, I don't like to give away any of the control. While this can be good, it can also inhibit the outcome of the project and my growth as a team player and individual. I am currently working on this, as I know it is a deficit."

"My biggest weakness is that I am on the quieter side. While I am approachable and friendly, I am an introvert. To work on that at my previous job I would speak up more and present ideas during our weekly meetings and bi-monthly roundtables with leadership to be heard more and contribute to the meetings."

      Chad's Feedback

You have taken a great approach in response to this question. You are honest about your weakness, but clearly demonstrate you have a strategy in place to improve in this area by being more vocal and speaking up more during meetings.
